He studied everything from book production to marketing to business management. With the company name Issues Of Blood Books and after many months of writing and re-writing, his first novel, My Brother’s Keeper, was born.
Through this learning experience, he sold about 50% of the small press run throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
After the national tragedy of September 11th, 2001, coupled with his natural affinity for the hero myths of the action, suspense, mystery, and thriller genres, he focused his talents and gifts on writing crime and justice stories that reflected both Christian and African-American viewpoints in his work amidst the battle between good and evil.
